CrossFitThere are CrossFit Classes 7 Days per week. We cap our classes at 15 to ensure we maintain our individual coaching approach in the group setting environment. Every class includes a warm up, exercise instruction, a skill component, the workout (WOD) and mobility work. The class runs for 60 minutes. There is a ton of variety and positive group energy. You get personal trainers in a group setting with camaraderie to push you along. Each class is different from the one before and every class is structured so that no matter your fitness level you can participate. We scale repetitions and weights but we do not change the program. Intensity is relative to each athlete.
Little NinjasBring It On CrossFit Little Ninja Classes are for kids of all abilities and skill levels. Filled with exciting games and activities, CrossFit Kids & Teens empowers children to love exercise, develop body control, learn basic sports concepts, form a foundation for healthy habits and be in excellent condition for sports programs (e.g. football, basketball). Taught by a fully qualified and experienced CrossFit Coach and CrossFit Kids Instructor, this program will make a dynamic impression on your child's life.

FundamentalsThis is where we take you through the Fundamental movements used in our classes including the Squat, Deadlift, Press and Snatch & Clean & Jerk movements. Our fundamentals program is completed in 2 x One on One Personal Training sessions. This ensures you get the best coaching available for you as an individual as we can tailor them towards the areas you need to focus on most. Just let us know the days and times that best work for you and we will get you booked in with one of our coaches.
The cost of our Fundamentals program is $90 and includes 2 FREE weeks of unlimited training at the box following your Fundamentals Program.
