Congratulations Jack who has been chosen as the Bring It On CrossFitter of the Month for September 2018. “Member of the Month is awarded to an individual that has shown a determination throughout the month to improve their health. The member has come in and dedicated themselves 100% to the workout listed on the board. We have members of all ability levels, so the member of the month has shown great improvements in their own work capacity. They are team players and motivate others to work hard and achieve their goals by having a positive influence on the Bring It On CrossFit community around them.” Jack has great work ethic and determination which he has demonstrated over the past few months since starting at BIOCF! He has clear goals set and is doing what it takes to work towards those goals which is never easy. Jack has a lot of potential still, only very early on in his CrossFit endeavors and has only just started working along side the IAD Program to fine tune his training and goal pursuit. He has now become a regular in open gym working on weaknesses, and putting the time into technique which I have no doubt will continue to see great progress! Congratulations Jack and keep up the good work! Some good advice from Jack: "Scale more than you think you need too. Sometimes the numbers look low but there is usually a reason. "

Congratulations Giullian who has been chosen as the Bring It On CrossFitter of the Month for August 2018. “Member of the Month is awarded to an individual that has shown a determination throughout the month to improve their health. The member has come in and dedicated themselves 100% to the workout listed on the board. We have members of all ability levels, so the member of the month has shown great improvements in their own work capacity. They are team players and motivate others to work hard and achieve their goals by having a positive influence on the Bring It On CrossFit community around them.” I have been really impressed by Giullian's determination and commitment over the past month. He has attended a total of 21 classes during the month of August which is outstanding! After also setting some new goals at the beginning of the month with the IAD Program keeping you more accountable Giullian has really stepped up his training and nutrition and is already starting to see some great progress! Giullian always seems to be excited about new challenges ahead and it is always very evident that he really enjoys his training and gets a lot from it. I am looking forward to seeing what he can continue to achieve with this new drive and commitment! Congratulations Giullian and keep up the good work! Here is some advice from our Member of the Month about starting at BIOCF: "One can hear a lot about Crossfit and most of it comes from people that never did it and about bad impressions, but the best way to know how is Crossfit is to do it, go there, feel the energy of the box during the WOD, learn the moves, challenge yourself, and enjoy every day progress. The health benefits are incredible." Congratulations Katrina Hassett who has been chosen as the Bring It On CrossFitter of the Month for July 2018. “Member of the Month is awarded to an individual that has shown a determination throughout the month to improve their health. The member has come in and dedicated themselves 100% to the workout listed on the board. We have members of all ability levels, so the member of the month has shown great improvements in their own work capacity. They are team players and motivate others to work hard and achieve their goals by having a positive influence on the Bring It On CrossFit community around them.” I have been very impressed by Katrina's focus and commitment to her training over the past few months. Whether that is due to the crushing the Bingo Challenge or just simply feeling more motivated, it has been great to see Katrina at the box more regularly these last 3-4 months. I have also noticed how more attention she has been putting towards working on weaknesses and making time to come in early or finish a session with some core and/or shoulder stability work. That commitment and determination to improve your own weaknesses is a skill hard to find so well done Katrina! She has definitely shown big fitness and strength improvements because of this, and her technique has benefited as well. Katrina also made (in my opinion) one of the better playlists and I know other members agree and are loving the old school tunes :) Here is some advice from Katrina if you are looking at starting at Bring It On CrossFit: "Sign up and have a go! I’ve underestimated so many things I could do and it’s amazing how quickly your strength builds. Jared’s also really patient when you can’t seem to follow the instructions…" Congratulations Katrina and keep up the good work!
