Congratulations Carly who has been awarded the Bring It On CrossFitter of the Month for November 2015.
Carly started training with us in March 2015 and has made amazing progress in regards to her strength and conditioning numbers since then. Being a regular at the 6am morning classes and attending training 4-5 times per week requires great determination and commitment to improving your health and fitness, and Carly continues to do this each and every week. Carly is one of those athletes that is great to coach as she rises to every challenge on the whiteboard with great fortitude which is an incredible strength to have! She has also been a great advocate for Bring It On CrossFit encouraging her friends to come along and give CrossFit a go and we are very thankful for this. Congratulations Carly and keep up the great work!
