Congratulations Ollie who has been chosen as the Bring It On CrossFitter of the Month for March 2018. “Member of the Month is awarded to an individual that has shown a determination throughout the month to improve their health. The member has come in and dedicated themselves 100% to the workout listed on the board. We have members of all ability levels, so the member of the month has shown great improvements in their own work capacity. They are team players and motivate others to work hard and achieve their goals by having a positive influence on the Bring It On CrossFit community around them.” Over the past couple of months Ollie has made amazing progress across all aspects of his training. Week to week through out the Open Ollie has continually showed that anything is possible. It was great to watch to him compete in his first Open, getting his first ring muscle up and also through the that final workout where he was only required to do Jumping pull ups but instead decided to set himself a higher standard and crushed the chest to bar pull ups every rep! I am still amazed at how well he is able to do strict toes to bar and strict bar muscle ups and I am looking forward to seeing Ollie continue to develop those skills and see his full CrossFit potential! Here is some advice from Ollie if your looking at getting started at Bring It On CrossFit... "Give it a go! Nothing is more satisfying than completing the daily WOD and everyone at the Box is here to help each other improve." Congratulations Ollie and keep up the good work!
