Member of the Month January 2015 - Dean Holroyd

Congratulations Dean Holroyd who is the Member of the Month for January 2015! Dean has been making awesome progress over the past few months and has been a regular at training, getting to the box 3-5 x per week! Dean is also one of those members who is very happy to put up his hand for various competitions having teamed up with Mick at the SOS Warrnambool Showdown at the start of the year and now the BIOCF Partners Comp coming up in February! Dean is always ready to take on the challenge, whatever it is! Dean isn't one of our most mobile athletes but definetly one of the strongest and doesn't mind putting in the work to get better.  Dean has also been a huge help recruiting some of the boys for the CrossFit Teens class on Tuesday's having introduced his son and son's friends to CrossFit! Great work mate keep it up.
