Hey BIOCF Team, if you have nothing to do this weekend then head up to CrossFit Hamilton for the Hamilton Throwdown and cheer on all the Bring It On Team Members competing!!
The individual competition is on Saturday the 27th and Grace Linke will be competing so show her your support as she represents BIOCF! The team "Threes" comp is on the Sunday 28th from 7:30am and we have 5 BIOCF teams competing: Ryan, Ben B & Ben R/ Darren, Hago & Pat/ Mick, Ash & Nato/ Jared, Anto & Aaron/ Simone, Janine & Maddie Ca.
We would love as many of the BIOCF family down to support the teams and Grace and make sure you all wear your BIOCF Hoodies or T-Shirts! #strongestcommunity
