FebRuary 2015 Member of The Month - Hayley Brooks!

CONGRATULATIONS HAYLEY BROOKS who is the Bring It On CrossFit Member of the Month for February 2015!
We were really happy to see Hayley compete at our BIOCF Showdown a couple of weekends ago with Ben and the performance they put in was inspiring! That final WOD had Hayley performing shoulder to overhead for 3 reps at what I was told was her previous 1RM before Sunday, so that's awesome and shows that she has a lot of potential as an athlete!
Ashley and I have also been really impressed by Hayley's ability to take instruction from the coaches and her improvement to date has been amazing. It always amazes me how Hayley and Ben are able to regularly attend classes every week with a young family, and it really goes to show how they have a high level of organization and determination!
Well done on the BIOCF Showdown results and I look forward to testing out that amazing potential at the BIOCF Box! Awesome work Hayley!
