Congratulations Mitch who has been chosen as the Bring It On CrossFitter of the Month for March 2016.
Member of the Month is awarded to an individual that has shown a determination throughout the month to improve their health. The member has come in and dedicated themselves 100% to the workout listed on the board. We have members of all ability levels, so the member of the month has shown great improvements in their own work capacity. They are team players and motivate others to work hard and achieve their goals by having a positive influence on the Bring It On CrossFit community around them. Mitch was one of our many members who took on the CrossFit Open this year putting in some inspiring efforts each week. He RXed most of the workouts, setting some new personal records for himself along the way including getting his first bar muscle ups and crushing the 43kg OH walking lunges and thrusters! His effort and determination shown across the 5 weeks of the Open and his training in the lead up and during are why he has been selected as our Member for the Month. Mitch is quickly becoming one of our stronger athletes and is setting some very high benchmarks to follow! Well done mate! Congratulations Mitch and keep up the good work!
