Congratulations Mikaela who is the Bring It On CrossFitter of the Month for November 2017! “Member of the Month is awarded to an individual that has shown a determination throughout the month to improve their health. The member has come in and dedicated themselves 100% to the workout listed on the board. We have members of all ability levels, so the member of the month has shown great improvements in their own work capacity. They are team players and motivate others to work hard and achieve their goals by having a positive influence on the Bring It On CrossFit community around them.” Mikaela has been one of our most consistent members throughout the month of November, showing up to 19 classes during the entire month which is an awesome achievement! Taking part in our 8 Week Spring Clean Challenge she has really stepped up her work level, even after having time off on holiday. I know she dislikes running workouts but she never seems to shy away from the challenge. Great determination and commitment, I am looking forward to seeing what is possible for Mikaela if she continues on this training path! Here is some great advice from Mikaela for anyone looking at starting CrossFit... "I would say to just give it a go! It might seem a bit overwhelming at first but if you stick with it, you’ll eventually have some idea what’s going on. And at first don’t worry about mastering every skill because I’m sure that even people who have been doing crossfit for years still haven’t mastered every single skill! There’s just so many!" Congratulations Mikaela and keep up the good work!
