BIOCF IN HOUSE CUP #3 - Sunday 28th December

TEAMS of 4 (chosen by the coaches) will compete in 3 WODs for the ultimate GLORY and HONOR of being a Bring It On CrossFit In House Cup Champion and having their names inscribed on the Cup for eternity!

BBQ Lunch to follow the WODs so bring your family and friends to come cheer you and your team on :) The last Sunday Funday for 2014!!

November Member of the Month - Phil Dobie

Congratulations Phil Dobie who is the Bring It On CrossFit Member of the Month for November 2014! Phil has made great progress on his technique, strength and fitness over the past 12 months since starting CrossFit! His Squat and Deadlift numbers have improved out of sight especially over the past 3-4 months which is evidence of all the hard work he has been putting in. Phil has also been great at showing initiative in researching, learning and asking questions to help improve his own training and development which is great from a coaches perspective! I really enjoyed his answer to the advice of starting CrossFit question:
"Ignore anyone that tells you it’s a cult and do it.  CrossFit is what you make it, come with an open mind and open ears and don’t be intimidated by any of the exercises or workouts, as most things are scalable.  Follow the advice of the coaches, Jared and Ash and focus on stretching your own limits rather than concentrating on what anyone is lifting or able to do.  Take the time to learn the basics and don’t underestimate the difference that taking an interest in your diet will make to your training."
