Congratulations Lisa who has been chosen as the Bring It On CrossFitter of the Month for October 2018. “Member of the Month is awarded to an individual that has shown a determination throughout the month to improve their health. The member has come in and dedicated themselves 100% to the workout listed on the board. We have members of all ability levels, so the member of the month has shown great improvements in their own work capacity. They are team players and motivate others to work hard and achieve their goals by having a positive influence on the Bring It On CrossFit community around them.” Lisa has had another really strong month of training at BIOCF where she continues to show a lot of dedication and commitment to her training, health and fitness. Lisa has been putting in some extra time when she can and has been coming into training with a very positive mindset which is a great strength. Lisa has made some impressive progress recently which is fantastic and it is great to see that she is always trying to challenge and push herself to be the best athlete she can be. Lisa is one of the hardest working athletes and I have no doubt she will knock off any goal that she sets herself! Here are some words from Lisa about getting started at Bring It On CrossFit: "Just give it a go! Don’t worry about age or level of fitness. I am so glad I started because it’s a great supportive community and I love the challenge of each WOD and skills training. It is a great feeling to achieve something you never thought possible."
