Congratulations Giullian who has been chosen as the Bring It On CrossFitter of the Month for August 2018. “Member of the Month is awarded to an individual that has shown a determination throughout the month to improve their health. The member has come in and dedicated themselves 100% to the workout listed on the board. We have members of all ability levels, so the member of the month has shown great improvements in their own work capacity. They are team players and motivate others to work hard and achieve their goals by having a positive influence on the Bring It On CrossFit community around them.” I have been really impressed by Giullian's determination and commitment over the past month. He has attended a total of 21 classes during the month of August which is outstanding! After also setting some new goals at the beginning of the month with the IAD Program keeping you more accountable Giullian has really stepped up his training and nutrition and is already starting to see some great progress! Giullian always seems to be excited about new challenges ahead and it is always very evident that he really enjoys his training and gets a lot from it. I am looking forward to seeing what he can continue to achieve with this new drive and commitment! Congratulations Giullian and keep up the good work! Here is some advice from our Member of the Month about starting at BIOCF: "One can hear a lot about Crossfit and most of it comes from people that never did it and about bad impressions, but the best way to know how is Crossfit is to do it, go there, feel the energy of the box during the WOD, learn the moves, challenge yourself, and enjoy every day progress. The health benefits are incredible."
