Congratulations Louise Young who is the Bring It On CrossFitter of the Month for August 2017. “Member of the Month is awarded to an individual that has shown a determination throughout the month to improve their health. The member has come in and dedicated themselves 100% to the workout listed on the board. We have members of all ability levels, so the member of the month has shown great improvements in their own work capacity. They are team players and motivate others to work hard and achieve their goals by having a positive influence on the Bring It On CrossFit community around them.” Lou has been a great inspiration to the Bring It On CrossFit family during her time training with us, especially this year recovering from a pretty serious knee injury, and continually finding ways to participate, improve her health and fitness and keep moving along towards her goals without letting any excuses or obstacles hold her back! Lou is one of our more consistent, and determined members, two attributes which are critical in making very strong crossfitter! Well done Lou and keep up the great work!
