Member of the Month July 2016 - Archie Keating

Congratulations Archie Keating who is the Bring It On CrossFit Member of the Month for July 2016!
"Member of the Month is awarded to an individual that has shown a determination throughout the month to improve their health. The member has come in and dedicated themselves 100% to the workout listed on the board. We have members of all ability levels, so the member of the month has shown great improvements in their own work capacity.They are team players and motivate others to work hard and achieve their goals by having a positive influence on the Bring It On CrossFit community around them."
Archie has not missed a class throughout July (mainly thanks to his Mum and Dad, who are both regulars at BIOCF) and has been a great leader within the CrossFit Kids classes. He is always very enthusiastic to give any of the workouts and skills a go and is always first hand up to help demonstrate exercises to the class. A huge positive I have noticed in the last month has been his patience during the WOD portion of our class, making sure he gets the movements right rather than rushing through just to finishing first. Archie listens and takes instruction very well, and is a pleasure to coach as he seems to never tire and is always full of energy before, during and after class!!
