The Bring It On CrossFit Member of the Month for June 2015 is.....
Aaron Hyatt! Aaron has been showing awesome progress and consistency in his training and achieved some very impressive results during our 8 week Whole Life Challenge. Great work mate! Have a read to find out a bit more about Aaron and check out his great response to the 'advice to starting crossfit' question: "It’s easier said than done, but don’t feel inadequate when you’re not throwing around big weights like the guy in the corner or doing double-unders one after another – every single member is at a different stage of their fitness journey who also once walked into the box for the first time. Scale your weights and get that form right to avoid injury. Be a sponge and listen to the coaches at every opportunity. Ask plenty of questions early on as there are loads of acronyms and crazy terms which may not be in a normal dictionary! Read Crossfit websites for great information on a range of topics. Don’t get frustrated if you don’t see results immediately, get some consistency in your visits, practice your weak areas, meet as many people as you can and have a heap of fun along the way!"
