BIOCF Member of the Month February 2018 - Mandy Tuckett

Congratulations Mandy who has been chosen as the Bring It On CrossFitter of the Month for February 2018.
“Member of the Month is awarded to an individual that has shown a determination throughout the month to improve their health. The member has come in and dedicated themselves 100% to the workout listed on the board. We have members of all ability levels, so the member of the month has shown great improvements in their own work capacity.
They are team players and motivate others to work hard and achieve their goals by having a positive influence on the Bring It On CrossFit community around them.”
Mandy has been a very consistent and enjoyable athlete to coach since joining Bring It On CrossFit. She takes on advice, listens and has shown great improvement in her technique for doing so. Encouraging her daughter, Eliza, to come along regularly as well is awesome and sets a fantastic example for her health and fitness in the future. Mandy also was one of the team that took on the 23km bush walk which was a great achievement! Mandy has been one of our regular members at all of our out of box activities.
